Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer transactions, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision, ensuring no discrepancies in the till.
  • Deliver food orders to tables promptly and efficiently, memorizing table numbers and order details to avoid confusion and enhance the dining experience.
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating customer needs and addressing complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cashier station, dining areas, and food running stations, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a basic level of education and comprehension.
  • Holds a valid food handler's permit or certification, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Has experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, providing a foundational understanding of service and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrates at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing familiarity with cash handling, order taking, and customer service.
