Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Category Sales Manager to lead sales and growth initiatives for our Consumer Electronics division. The role focuses on achieving revenue and profitability targets through effective sales strategies, people management, and market development across the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve category revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for consumer durable products within the UAE distribution network.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and market segments.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and merchandising teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Drive visibility and performance through sales and merchandising excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distribution partners.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and product availability across channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities, consumer trends, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with principals on product planning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Category Manager within Consumer Electronics distribution.
  • Strong exposure to Principal Interaction and Channel Sales.
  • Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE Consumer Electronics market dynamics and distribution models.

Qualification:

  • MBA or Engineering Degree (preferred).
  • Advanced understanding of distribution business operations.
