We are hiring a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our F&B Banquet & Premium Catering team in the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in event operations and a passion for delivering high-quality service in luxury catering settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage banquet and catering operations, ensuring smooth execution of events.
• Coordinate with service, kitchen, and event teams for seamless service delivery.
• Oversee event setup and ensure all client requirements are met.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation.
• Train and guide catering staff to ensure top-quality service.
• Support the team in delivering premium hospitality experiences.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in banquet operations or premium catering, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Professional, organized, and service-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Fluency in Arabic preferred; English is an advantage.
