The Central Region Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and full oversight of all operational, commercial, and financial activities across the region. This role requires executive-level leadership, strong commercial acumen, and deep operational expertise to ensure fleet optimization, revenue growth, service excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term regional performance sustainability.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and supervise all branch operations within the Central Region, ensuring optimal fleet readiness and utilization.
• Drive B2B sales growth, expand the customer portfolio, and support the closing of key commercial agreements.
• Achieve regional revenue targets while monitoring collections and controlling operational expenses.
• Manage daily operational performance and ensure alignment with corporate standards and KPIs.
• Develop and lead the regional team through performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Oversee customer service standards, analyze complaints, identify root causes, and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present periodic operational and financial performance reports, including fleet status, maintenance updates, and incident tracking.
• Manage crisis situations and ensure business continuity while minimizing operational disruption.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
