CFO/Senior Accountant AARVEES REALTY BROKER (L.L.C)

Required CFO/Senior Accountant for a Real Estate development and Investment Company.

Responsibilities • Play a pivotal role in budget preparation and collaboration with the team for financial planning • Must know how to do Account Statement Reports • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. • Financial Accounting Duties & Responsibilities ranging from bookkeeping & maintaining accounting schedules/records to monthly closure of accounts, finalization and year-end financials including an annual financial audit by external auditors with all regulations. Provide necessary documentation and assistance during internal and external audits. Conduct routine audits of financial statements and records. • Ensure meticulous record-keeping for accounts payable and receivable, alongside monthly financial reconciliations • Managing the bank accounts, bank reconciliation & extensive PDC management • Cash flow forecasting. • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure. • Manage the budget process and ensure that the budget is aligned with the company's strategic goals. • Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial analysts • Preparation of Value Added Tax Accounting, Inc. Tax Invoicing & FTA VAT Returns & submissions ensuring compliance with Federal Tax Authority regulations. Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization. • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax • Lead audit processes and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions • Provide financial analysis, KPIs, and insights to support management decisions • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies • Support business expansion, investments, and funding initiatives • Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations. • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor budgets. Assist in creating accurate financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making. • Payroll processing and payments • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity • Comply with financial policies and regulations • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Generate regular financial reports for management, providing insights into the company's financial performance and Other Accounting Duties & responsibilities • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters, including invoicing, payments, and financial discrepancies. • Monitor and control company expenses, review expense reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
