What you'll be doing
Transform Chalhoub is our ambitious 4-year business transformation program, designed to help the Group realize its long-term ambition: To become the leading hybrid luxury retailer in the region where innovation, operational excellence, and human-centric experiences converge.
Through Transform Chalhoub, we are modernizing our core business functions Planning, Payroll, HR, Finance, Omnichannel, B2B Distribution, and Logistics simplifying the way we operate, and empowering our people to work smarter, collaborate seamlessly, and deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. All of this is powered by two key technologies: SAP and Blue Yonder.
As part of the Change Management team, you will be in charge of driving awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization. You will help translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, connected, and engaging experiences for our people.
Your responsibilities will include the below:
- Change Impact Assessment: Analyze and document how the new processes will impact ways of working across functions (Planning, Payroll, HR, Finance, Omnichannel, B2B Distribution, and Logistics); consolidate insights across workstreams to inform transition and adoption plans.
- Communications & Engagement: Support the rollout of the Group-wide change and engagement strategy; develop communications, leadership messages, and release-based communications, that connect changes to the wider transformation story, to build awareness, engagement and readiness for go live.
- Training & Capability Building: Work closely with the training team to ensure training content reflects the new ways of working.
- Change Readiness & Adoption: Contribute to readiness assessments, activation index tracking, and post-go live adoption measurement. Analyze sentiment, feedback from the change network to identify where reinforcement or refresher training is needed.
- Stakeholder & Change Network Support: Engage with business leads, super users, and local change agents to cascade messages, gather feedback, and champion adoption during the different phase of the program.
What you ll need to succeed
- You have a strong background in change management, ideally within complex retail or consumer goods organizations. Experience in leading change within tech transformation projects is particularly valued.
- You have previous GCC experience, which is considered a plus.
- You are familiar with SAP/S4HANA and Blue Yonder; exposure to these systems is an advantage.
- You hold a Prosci certification or equivalent, which is considered a plus.
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Arabic considered an advantage.
- You have a proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You are analytical, structured, and collaborative, with the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
