Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and oversee the company's financial accounts and reporting processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.

• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.

• Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.

• Evaluate investment opportunities, ventures, and business proposals from a financial perspective.

• Support management in strategic decision-making through financial and commercial analysis.

• Guide and mentor a team of research analysts on financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and interpretation of financial statements.

• Monitor cash flows, working capital, profitability, and key financial metrics.

• Identify operational and financial improvements and implement practical solutions.

• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
