Chartering and Business Development Executive

Faststream are working with a established international Ship Owner and ship Management business, who are expanding their activities in the Middle East and West Africa, based out of their offices in Dubai.

The role is to be focus on the Chartering activities of there growing fleet of vessels servicing the offshore industry, focusing on O&G operators, contractors and brokers. The successful candidate should have experience in identifying chartering opportunities and securing profitable contracts across time, spot and project charters. Additionally candidates should have the ability to assist in the development of commercial strategies, through chasing down and helping to secure new business opportunities.

Candidates should have good knowledge within offshore vessel chartering and commercial sector experience. Candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of fixing PSV, AHTS, PMPSV or similar offshore vessels within the Middle East. Experience of working in the West Africa area would be an advantage.
