Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper management of raw materials.
- Control the delivery, the receipt of orders and the storage.
- Manage and coordinate the work of a team of bakers and apprentice bakers.
- Respect and enforce the recipe cards.
- Participate in the preparation, finishing and baking of the breads.
- Plan the work schedule and ensure the management of stock replenishment.
- Respect and enforce hygiene and safety rules.
- Ensure the maintenance of the equipment.
