Requirements:

Proven experience as Head Chef or Chef De Cuisine in a luxury hospitality setting.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and current trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
