Roles & Responsibilities
A prestigious 5-star hotel in Baghdad, Iraq is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards. The role involves managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring food quality and consistency, and working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Commis Chef
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and section management
- Ability to prepare and present dishes according to hotel standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Experience in Italian, Middle Eastern, or international cuisine is a plus
