Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be part of a bespoke private kitchen, catering to a household with discerning tastes and international culinary preferences. This is a live-in position, offering stability and a well-structured working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and present international cuisine to a high standard

Assist with menu planning based on preferences and seasonal ingredients

Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards

Manage your section with professionalism and attention to detail

Work collaboratively within a small, trusted kitchen team

Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES

Cuisine: International

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or similar role

Language: Good English communication skills (spoken and basic written)

Certifications: Food hygiene / culinary certification preferred
