Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure high food quality, appearance, and consistency according to standards.

Complete prep work and food presentation efficiently.br>

Continuously move prepared food out of the prep area.br>

Work as a team to produce food promptly and orderly.br>

Verify accuracy and quality of received food and supplies.br>

Keep workstations and equipment clean, following cleaning schedules.br>

Maintain sanitation standards for utensils, cookware, and storage.br>

Comply with company policies and legal regulations.br>

Collaborate with Sous Chef on new ideas for food sections.br>

Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge.br>

Perform other duties as assigned.br>

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to international standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Successful completion of all required job-related assessments or certifications.
  • Physical ability to perform manual kitchen tasks and duties as required.
