We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our client's renowned Italian restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working in a 5* hotel/restaurant environment and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant.

* Positions: 1x for hot section, 1x cold section, and 1x for Pastry section

**Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes with precision and attention to detail
• Work efficiently in both hot and cold sections of the kitchen
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and management
• Utilize alcohol in cooking processes as required by the restaurant's menu
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

**Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant
• Strong skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Valid certificates and licenses related to culinary arts
