About the Role
As Chef de Partie Pastry, you will be an essential part of the resort s pastry team, playing a leading role in both the pre-opening and daily production of high-quality desserts, breads, and baked items. This role is perfect for a creative and precise pastry professional passionate about delivering memorable sweet experiences that meet Four Seasons standards of excellence.

What You Will Do

• Assist with pre-opening activities including pastry kitchen setup, menu development, and recipe testing.

• Oversee the production and presentation of pastries, desserts, breads, and afternoon tea items for all outlets and events.

• Train and supervise Demi Chefs and Commis within the pastry section.

• Ensure adherence to portioning, presentation, and quality standards at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance in the pastry kitchen.

• Work collaboratively with other kitchen teams and support special events and seasonal promotions.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining pastry kitchen.

• Expertise in classic and modern pastry techniques, chocolate work, and plated desserts.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Creativity and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
