Roles & Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef with strong culinary skills, kitchen leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and consistency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Plan, prepare, and execute menu items to the highest standard. Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff. Develop new recipes and seasonal menus. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained. Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS : Culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Chef or in a senior kitchen role. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations
