YOU MUST HAVE HAD WORK EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI OR WORKING IN DUBAI
Key Responsibilities • Prepare Australian-style döner kebabs based on our recipes and standards • Operate shawarma grills and 20kg+ rotisserie skewers safely and efficiently • Slice, assemble, and serve portions with speed, consistency, and presentation • Prepare sauces, bread, vegetables, and garnishes daily • Maintain freshness, taste, hygiene, and food safety at all times • Work fast during rush hours without losing quality • Assist in other kitchen duties when required • Manage stock, report shortages, and help with ordering • Reduce waste through correct storage and rotation • Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas • Work closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations Requirements • Proven shawarma or döner experience in the UAE • Experience in fast-paced food service environments • Strong hygiene and clean personal presentation • Team player with a positive attitude • Ability to manage stock taking and basic ordering • Quality-driven and detail-focused Job Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 2,900 – AED 4,000 per month (depending on experience) Location: Dubai Start Date: February 2026 If you know shawarma, work fast, care about quality, and want to be part of a new Australian-style kebab brand in Dubai — this role is for you.
