� CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (CCO)
Copper Products Division – TASA Gulf Industry LLC
A strategic commercial leadership role for a high-growth copper manufacturing business in the UAE. Ideal for a senior metals industry executive with strong GCC market presence, global customer credibility, and proven margin-led growth capability.

� Compensation: AED 60,000 – 90,000 per month

� ROLE SUMMARY
TASA Gulf Industry LLC is seeking a commercially strong and strategically mature Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and scale its Copper Products Division across UAE, GCC, and selected export markets.
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, strategic accounts, pricing discipline, and market expansion across industrial copper segments.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a balance of board-level strategic thinking and hands-on commercial execution, with deep expertise in copper manufacturing, industrial metals trading, and downstream copper applications.
� KEY MANDATE
The CCO will own the complete commercial strategy and execution framework for the copper business.
The objective is to position TASA Gulf as a preferred supplier of copper solutions across industrial and infrastructure sectors while ensuring:
Sustainable revenue growth
Strong gross margin performance
High-value customer portfolio development
Strong strategic account retention
Expansion across GCC and export markets
� CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
� Commercial Strategy & Growth
Define and execute commercial strategy across UAE, GCC, and export markets
Develop annual and multi-year business plans (revenue, margin, volume, customer growth)
Drive market expansion across OEMs, EPCs, cable manufacturers, transformer, switchgear, and infrastructure sectors
� P&L, Revenue & Margin Ownership
Own revenue, gross margin, and customer profitability
Ensure EBITDA-aligned commercial decision-making (not volume-driven growth)
Implement pricing discipline and margin protection frameworks
Partner with finance for forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
� Strategic Account Development
Lead acquisition and retention of key industrial accounts across GCC and export markets
Build relationships with senior decision-makers (procurement heads, directors, promoters)
Negotiate long-term contracts, framework agreements, and strategic supply deals
Strengthen portfolio quality with high-value customers
� Copper Product & Market Expansion
Drive growth across Copper Rods, Busbars, Strips, and semi-finished products
Translate technical capabilities into strong commercial value propositions
Expand into adjacent industrial and infrastructure market segments
Strengthen positioning in electrical and industrial manufacturing sectors
� Pricing, LME & Risk Management
Lead pricing strategy linked to LME, premiums, and conversion costs
Manage price volatility and ensure margin protection
Work closely with finance and procurement on commodity pricing frameworks
Apply strong understanding of commodity-linked commercial decisions
� Commercial Leadership
Lead and develop the regional commercial and sales organization
Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
Implement structured processes (forecasting, pipeline, account planning, reviews)
Strengthen execution discipline and accountability
� Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as bridge between sales, production, supply chain, logistics, and finance
Ensure commercial commitments are operationally feasible
Align production planning with market demand and sales forecasts
Support efficient order-to-delivery execution
� Market Intelligence & Expansion
Track market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity
Identify new business opportunities and market segments
Provide insights for strategic expansion decisions
Support GCC and export market development
