Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute the overall consumer sales strategy in line with Korek s corporate objectives.
  • Full accountability for consumer sales performance, including revenues, active subscriber base, and market share.
  • Oversee all sales channels (Direct Sales, Dealers, Distributors, and Customer Care).
  • Set annual sales targets and KPIs; monitor performance and drive corrective actions where needed.
  • Ensure effective go-to-market strategies for new products, offers, and promotions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Network, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of consumer initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to the executive management and Board.
  • Ensure all Korek policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are fully implemented across sales operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior sales leaders and regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, productivity, and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
  • Own and manage the consumer sales budget, ensuring effective cost control and ROI optimization.
  • Identify and proactively manage commercial and operational risks related to consumer sales.
