A diversified, multi-entity organization with regional and international operations is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and enterprise-level accountability.

The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and hold full responsibility for business performance, governance, financial results, and risk management across complex, asset-intensive operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy aligned with Board objectives

• Lead executive management and ensure strong governance and controls

• Maintain full P&L accountability, cash flow oversight, and capital allocation

• Oversee large-scale operations, contracts, and enterprise risk exposure

• Drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and performance discipline

• Act as the primary executive interface with key stakeholders, regulators, and financial institutions

Profile

• 15+ years of senior executive leadership experience

• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-country or multi-entity organizations

• Strong financial, commercial, and risk management expertise

• Decisive leader with high accountability and Board-level presence

Location & Travel

• Head-office based with frequent regional and international travel
