Roles & Responsibilities

A global professional services firm is establishing its UAE entity headquarters and requires an exceptional CEO to lead market entry, regulatory establishment, and commercial operations across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities
Lead entity incorporation, licensing, and regulatory engagement with DIFC/ADGM authorities.
Build and scale the UAE leadership team from the ground up.
Drive P&L accountability for GCC operations from inception.
Represent the firm with sovereign, government, and enterprise client stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven track record leading GCC market entry at CEO or COO level.
Deep relationships with DIFC/ADGM regulatory bodies.
Arabic language skills advantageous but not required.
