Experience : ~ Minimum 10 15 years of technical leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management position in high-end residential estates, royal residences, luxury hospitality, or smart property management ~ Extensive hands-on experience managing technical systems, infrastructure, BMS, IT & AV, and preventive maintenance programs. ~ Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and strategic technology projects.

Skills : ~ Manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint ~ ERP Implementation and Management Odoo ~ Technical & Engineering Oversight ~ Smart Systems & Automation ~ IT & Cybersecurity Management ~ Project Management & Procurement ~ Health, Safety & Compliance ~ Leadership & Team Management ~ Discretion & Service Orientation
