Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all land surveying operations, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Develop and implement surveying procedures and quality control measures to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of surveyors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
  • Review and approve survey data, reports, and calculations, ensuring accuracy and completeness for legal and project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field.

  • Holds a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license, demonstrating professional competence and legal authorization.

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in land surveying, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.

  • Demonstrates extensive experience in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and ALTA surveys.
