Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, develop and motivate the marketing function to deliver high performance and strong team engagement.
Set clear objectives, manage performance, and build capability across the team.
Ensure all marketing activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with business plans, policies and procedures.
Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with organisational vision and long-term goals.
Represent the organisation with external stakeholders including partners, suppliers, and government entities.
Translate strategy into clear marketing objectives, KPIs and execution plans.
Develop and manage annual marketing budgets in line with company objectives.
Monitor spend and ensure effective cost control, addressing any variances.
Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing investment with broader business and manpower planning.
Drive growth by expanding customer base and strengthening market positioning.
Oversee commercial performance in partnership with relevant teams, including contribution to P&L.
Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue generation and long-term profitability.
Define and oversee the customer journey based on consumer insights.
Lead development and execution of integrated communication strategies to attract investors, businesses, and residents.
Shape destination marketing strategy, including campaigns, research and channel selection.
Manage agencies, media partners and external vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Ensure consistent, high-quality brand experience across all touchpoints.
Lead insight generation and research to inform decision-making.
Oversee public relations, including crisis management and agency relationships.
Identify and drive corporate social responsibility initiatives to strengthen brand perception.
Lead digital engagement strategies to build awareness, trust and loyalty.
Oversee social media, content, and digital campaigns to drive positive sentiment.
Select and manage channels and partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Develop and execute annual media plans across offline and online channels.
Align marketing calendar with key events and commercial priorities.
Oversee media investment and ensure optimisation against objectives and budget.
Ensure all marketing content is aligned, high quality, and delivered across appropriate channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven leadership experience within marketing, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong strategic capability with the ability to translate vision into execution.
Experience driving brand, growth and commercial performance simultaneously.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, media, PR and customer engagement.
Experience managing budgets and contributing to P&L performance.
Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level, both internally and externally.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and insight-generation capabilities.
Experience managing agencies and external partners effectively.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities.
