Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business goals and objectives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

  • Manage and mentor the technology team, ensuring alignment of priorities and effective delivery of projects.

  • Oversee the management of the company's network, infrastructure, and systems, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption or integration.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business requirements and objectives.

  • Manage the technology budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within the telecom or related industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.

  • Experience managing large-scale network, infrastructure, and system projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging telecom technologies and trends.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
