Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business goals and objectives.

Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

Manage and mentor the technology team, ensuring alignment of priorities and effective delivery of projects.

Oversee the management of the company's network, infrastructure, and systems, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security.

Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption or integration.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business requirements and objectives.

Manage the technology budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within the telecom or related industry.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.

Experience managing large-scale network, infrastructure, and system projects.

In-depth knowledge of current and emerging telecom technologies and trends.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
