Job Description & Responsibilities

• - Manage application team and provide technical assistance.
• Capable of coordinating with main contractor, end user, clients and the project team.
• Manage professional project contract document from start to end.
• - Develop and implement application strategies for construction chemicals
• - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• - Provide customer support and training
• - Identify new business opportunities for application works.
• Quick learner and gaining the product knowledge in short period of time.
• Hunt for accounts, new customers and act as the primary contact and negotiator for assigned key accounts and key product segments.
• Develop account and project penetration strategies and action plans based on analyzing and prioritizing opportunities, determining the required resources, and understanding the decision making and internal influencing dynamics.
• Responsible for securing specifications for targeted projects and /or company standards, ensuring that clients range of products is the desired solution for key applications of customer.
• Negotiate, coordinate, and implement pricing agreements aimed at increasing share of wallet and improving overall account profitability.
• Develop and maintain appropriate contacts at all relevant levels to understand and secure the fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Timely and precise report preparation and maintaining personal database of business activities and discuss with team leader
• Represent client all the time in line with company policies.
• Achieve set target sales for the month.
• Improving the sales through end users and applicators.
• Sales of complimentary products which improves the sales of client range of products.
• Invite key decision makers from customers for marketing events.
• Giving technical presentations at client offices.
