Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret plans and specifications accurately.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with engineering standards.
Manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
Developing detailed designs Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections Preparing and implementing project plans Researching and providing estimates for projects Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures and production processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in construction and site management is preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly regarded for project management skills.
Experience with construction management software and tools is important for efficient project tracking.
