Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site construction activities for civil/structural works
Monitor quality control and HSE compliance per Saudi standards
Review technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD, Revit)
Manage material testing and approval processes
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers
Conduct topographic surveys and layout verification
Resolve technical issues during construction
Ensure projects meet Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and NEOM standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of Gulf experience (KSA preferred) in:
High-rise buildings Roads Utilities Infrastructure
Expertise in:
AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit Primavera/MS Project
Survey equipment (Total Station, GPS)
Strong knowledge of:
Concrete/steel structures Earthworks MEP coordination
Saudi construction regulations
Bachelor s in Civil Engineering (must be attested)
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
