Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately type and format a variety of documents, reports, and correspondence in both Arabic and English, ensuring impeccable grammar and spelling.

  • Should have min 3 years experience dealing with visa applications, MOHRE applications, other Government Departments documentations at any typing documentation office in UAE

  • Efficiently manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are readily accessible and organized.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages and providing information in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents with precision and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of academic achievement.
  • Holds a minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, showcasing practical application of skills.
  • Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English, essential for effective communication.
  • Exhibits exceptional typing speed and accuracy in both languages, ensuring efficient document creation.
