Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Accurately type and format a variety of documents, reports, and correspondence in both Arabic and English, ensuring impeccable grammar and spelling.
Should have min 3 years experience dealing with visa applications, MOHRE applications, other Government Departments documentations at any typing documentation office in UAE
Efficiently manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are readily accessible and organized.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages and providing information in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents with precision and attention to detail.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of academic achievement.
- Holds a minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English, essential for effective communication.
- Exhibits exceptional typing speed and accuracy in both languages, ensuring efficient document creation.
