Job Description

:We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Project Manager (Engineering Services) to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the UAE. In this role, you will manage client service projects to ensure outstanding communication and satisfaction for our engineering clients, including government entities, private firms, and project stakeholders. This position is ideal for bilingual professionals (English and Arabic) with strong project management and customer service skills, seeking a flexible remote role in the UAE s engineering sector

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Plan and oversee client service projects, such as developing streamlined processes for client onboarding, inquiries, or feedback related to engineering project
• s.Facilitate client interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings, collaborating with customer service teams to ensure prompt and professional response
• s.Design and implement initiatives to enhance client relations, such as client engagement plans or satisfaction tracking system
• s.Monitor project progress and client feedback using customer relationship management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring alignment with project objective
• s.Partner with engineering and administrative teams to align client service projects with NCO s goals and client expectation
