Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, aligning solutions with their business goals.
- Develop and execute client success plans, ensuring client onboarding, training, and ongoing support are seamless and effective.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to provide insights and track progress against agreed-upon objectives.
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improved client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver client reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance and insights.
- Manage and resolve client escalations, ensuring timely and effective communication and solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client business to provide strategic advice and recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the Manpower showcasing a deep understanding of its nuances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Drining License Mandatory
