Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Full control of clinic operations and daily processes

- Management of leads, sales funnel and conversions

- Understanding and optimization of operational & sales systems (CRM, KPIs)

- Acting as the right hand of the owner in operational and business matters

- Coordination of medical and administrative teams

- Ensuring high-level patient experience and revenue performance

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or similar leadership role in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

- Proven experience managing big turnovers

- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics / wellness clinic operations

- English level B2 or higher (Arabic is a plus)

- Experience working with CRM systems, reporting, KPIs and financial tracking

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Full-time position, on-site in Dubai
