Clinic Manager - Ophthalmology

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Clinic Manager for their client in Dubai which is a reputed Ophthalmology Clinic.

In this role you would be required to take full ownership of the clinic's profit and loss statement, ensuring profitability by maximizing revenue while maintaining strict cost controls.

Develop and implement strategies to increase patient footfall, expand services (e.g., optical sales, new procedures), and grow market share.

Oversee the entire revenue cycle from patient registration and insurance verification to accurate coding, billing, and collections to optimize cash flow and minimize claim denials.

Develop annual operating and capital budgets, monitoring expenses against these budgets, and providing regular financial analysis and reports to senior management.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing patient scheduling and flow to reduce wait times and increase provider productivity.

Manage all personnel activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment for physicians, technicians, and administrative staff.

Ensure strict adherence to all local healthcare regulations (like DHA standards in Dubai), safety guidelines, and clinical protocols.

Monitor market trends, competition, and identifying opportunities for expansion and new business relationships.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient acquisition cost (PAC), revenue per provider hour, and patient retention rates to inform strategic decisions.
