About the Role:

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by creating exceptional cocktails and mocktails with precision and artistry. Your passion for mixology will shine through as you guide guests through our curated drink menu, educating them about the fine ingredients and techniques behind every beverage.

With your flair and expertise, you will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that leaves guests with lasting memories of their time at Four Seasons Red Sea.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with consistency and flair.

• Guide guests through the drink menu, offering recommendations and sharing your knowledge of the ingredients and techniques used in each drink.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

• Respond to guest feedback and requests with professionalism, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

• Adapt to working in various outlets or event settings based on the resort s operational needs.

• Assist with inventory control and record keeping for bar supplies.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service and a high standard of guest satisfaction.

• Attend training sessions and team briefings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.

What You Will Bring:

• 1 2 years of relevant bartending experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

• Excellent knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation.

• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.

• Strong math and problem-solving skills.

• A friendly, engaging, and charismatic personality with a flair for guest service.

• Flexibility to work in various outlets as business demands.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
