Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, for cafes or restaurants in areas like Amman.
Recruit, train, and supervise employees on customer service, upselling techniques, and grooming standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Manage budget, control food costs, and order inventory.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience (3+ years to 10+ years depending on seniority) in a restaurant or cafe management role.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration.
Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Language: High proficiency in Arabic and English is often required.
