Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, including opening/closing procedures, and inventory management to minimize waste.
- Oversee staff scheduling and performance, providing coaching, training, and performance reviews to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality and consistency, ensuring adherence to recipes and brewing techniques, and addressing any quality issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a coffee shop or related food service environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in coffee preparation techniques, including espresso, brewing methods, and latte art.
