Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop and ensure smooth workflow.

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.

• Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplier orders.

• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain guest satisfaction.

• Monitor cash handling procedures and daily sales reports.

• Support promotional activities and implement marketing strategies in-store.
