Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
Research and reach out to potential suppliers with the right product mix.
Build comprehensive business cases covering pricing structure, competitive advantages, sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and P&L.
Execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
Business Management
Prepare and monitor budgets and business plans.
Conduct sales analysis and performance reviews.
Coordinate with the local sales force to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience, in the same field.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
