- Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing commercial team, including sales, business development, and partnerships.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture key partnerships to drive business growth and enhance Mazeed s market presence.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key commercial KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer needs and market trends to refine Mazeed s offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including a minimum of 5 years in a commercial leadership position.
