Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leasing & Occupancy Management
- Manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in, including client viewings and lease negotiation.
- Maintaining occupancy levels through proactive leasing strategies.
- Handling lease renewals, rent revisions, and client retention plans.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for current and prospective tenants, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Understanding client requirements and tailor housing solutions accordingly.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new tenants
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Identifying and pursuing new business / revenue opportunities in line with the companies’ objectives.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on standards and rental rates.
Contract & Documentation Management
- Maintaining accurate records of lease documents, tenancy schedules, and occupancy records
- Ensuring timely renewal notices are served as per lease terms.
- Collecting physical lease contracts and PDC’s and submitting to finance
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintaining, updating and reporting of the company pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Ejari, and other applicable regulations.
- Addressing tenant disputes relating to lease issue in a timely and professional manner.
Business Development Activities
- Keep Hospitality Business Development sheet up to date with client current status, future requirements, current accommodation and ensure direct contacts are accurate.
- Other housing sector BD sheets may be added to responsibilities as business scales up and targets new clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of local experience in leasing or property management, showcasing a proven track record.
- Proficient in CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Competent in Property Management/Leasing technology systems and software.
- High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of tenancy laws, lease structuring, and real estate documentation.
- Customer-focused mindset, confident communicator, proactive approach and planning and organization.
