Job Description

  • Manage seasonal analysis of sales, range size, category mix, pricing and margin performance to optimise assortment strategies across APAC and MEA.
  • Drive post sell-in analysis at partner and country level to identify over and under performance and inform future planning.
  • Develop wholesale and Max RRP pricing hierarchies in collaboration with Business Managers.
  • Deliver commercial business cases for new products, supporting range inclusion and investment decisions.
  • Run reviews of sales outcomes to capture lessons learned and improve trading strategies.
  • Support markets with trading calendars and promotional offers aligned to forecasts.
  • Implement stock optimisation initiatives to rationalise excess lines and improve profitability.
  • Create order forms with accurate product and pricing details for forward orders.
  • Lead and develop an Assistant Commercial Manager, ensuring delivery of sales plans and timely execution of critical deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate will bring at least five years of experience in retail, ideally within the beauty sector, with a strong background in franchise partner management.
  • They will be highly analytical, confident working with large datasets and skilled at transforming insights into clear commercial strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders across APAC and MEA.
  • APAC experience is highly valued; otherwise, deep knowledge of MEA markets is required.
  • The role is UAE based and the ideal profile is a confident leader, adaptable to different people and cultures, capable of developing junior talent and motivated by driving profitability and growth in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
