Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with business goals, driving revenue growth across multiple sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding company interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing structures and enhance product offerings based on market needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess commercial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments related to new ventures and partnerships, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial management or a similar role within a relevant industry.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in commercial software and tools, including CRM systems, Excel, and financial modeling software.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability, with a preference for candidates who have international experience or exposure.
