Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with business goals, driving revenue growth across multiple sectors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding company interests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing structures and enhance product offerings based on market needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.

  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial management or a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in commercial software and tools, including CRM systems, Excel, and financial modeling software.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability, with a preference for candidates who have international experience or exposure.
