Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- You will be a key business partner to the GM, playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the hotel s commercial success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and commercial strategies across all segments and channels.
- Lead the annual budget process and ensure monthly forecast accuracy in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
- Anticipate market trends and innovate to capture emerging opportunities.
Sales Excellence
- Oversee all segments: luxury agencies, corporate, MICE, leisure groups.
- Cultivate key client relationships directly and through Accor Global Sales, consortia, and strategic partners.
- Represent the hotel at major trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Bring the brand promise to life at every guest touchpoint.
- Oversee PR, partnerships, campaigns, and social media to amplify visibility and desirability.
- Ensure consistency of storytelling and visual identity across all content and activations.
Ecommerce & Digital Growth
- Maximize performance across direct and indirect online channels.
- Ensure price parity and optimal channel mix.
- Leverage SEO, SEA, metasearch, CRM, and OTA partnerships to boost conversion.
Revenue Optimization
- Lead Revenue Management strategies, along with the Revenue Director to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability.
- Define and adjust the optimal business mix based on market dynamics.
- Monitor KPIs and deploy corrective actions proactively.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams across functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and guest-centric excellence.
Data & Performance
- Own your numbers: always know, steer and optimize the hotel s commercial results.
- Collaborate with the GM, Finance Director, and global/regional teams to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular commercial reviews and reporting meetings with executive management and owners.
Desired Candidate Profile
10 to 15 years of experience in sales and marketing or revenue management.
- S trong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial and financial acumen with a deep knowledge of transient, group, and catering segments.
- Excellent understanding of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and systems
- Proficiency in systems and tools such as RMS, PMS, CRS, analytics tools and CRM platforms
- Excellent personal management skills, including time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive, client-oriented leader who inspires through action and communication
- A dynamic and driven personality, with a strong determination to succeed, while demonstrating discretion and tact in handling sensitive matters.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in [English, xxx]
