Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Revenue Intelligence
Build and maintain weekly visibility on revenue across B2B, B2C, and Homecare
Analyze performance by branch, product, and channel
Identify key revenue drivers, trends, and revenue leakages
2. B2C Performance Analytics
Track revenue per patient, conversion rates, and package mix
Analyze add-on attachment rates and pricing effectiveness
Identify opportunities to increase basket size and margin
3. B2B & Client Analytics
Monitor pipeline performance and conversion rates
Analyze client-level revenue and growth opportunities
Support retention and expansion strategies
4. Marketing & Demand Analytics
Track cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and funnel conversion rates
Evaluate marketing campaign performance and ROI
Support data-driven marketing and demand generation decisions
5. Demand Reallocation & Transformation Tracking
Monitor patient flow, migration patterns, and revenue retention
Track performance impact during network optimization and transformation initiatives
Provide real-time insights and recommendations to leadership
Key Deliverables
Weekly commercial performance dashboard
Clear insights on revenue risks and opportunities
Actionable recommendations to improve performance
Full visibility across commercial operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or similar tools)
Proven ability to translate data into business insights and actions
Experience in healthcare, retail, or service industries is a plus
Strong analytical thinking combined with business acumen
Ability to work directly with senior leadership
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
3 6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in commercial or revenue-focused roles.
