Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and baking of cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation instructions from seniors.
  • Support the CDP / DCDP in daily bakery operations.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
  • Properly store ingredients and assist in stock management.
  • Learn and develop bakery & pastry skills under supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry in India.
  • Ability to converse in English.
