Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.

Follow established recipes and portion control instructions.

Support senior chefs with inventory management, ingredient prep, and stock organization.

Ensure timely delivery of dishes to maintain kitchen efficiency.

Learn and develop culinary skills through on-the-job training and guidance from senior staff.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.


Requirements:

Right to live and work in the UAE.

Passion for food and hospitality.

Experience in high-end, European-style cafés and bistros preferred.

Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
