We are searching for ambitious and disciplined COMMIS CHEFS to join the flagship culinary team for the UAE s first-ever integrated casino resort. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to be part of a landmark opening in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). We are looking for rising culinary professionals who bring energy, precision, and a willingness to learn, understanding that in a luxury environment, every plate is a performance.

The Ideal Candidate
Professional Standards: You maintain impeccable hygiene, uniform, and kitchen discipline, embodying the professionalism required for a 5-star luxury resort.
Foundational Culinary Skills: You have a solid grounding in basic cooking techniques from mise en place to hot and cold preparation and are eager to develop under the guidance of senior chefs.
Team Support: Fluent in English with clear communication skills, able to work seamlessly with fellow chefs and support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie.
Commitment & Growth: We are seeking professionals who value long-term development. Loyalty and consistency are highly prized.

Requirements
- Certificate/diploma in culinary arts from a recognized institution
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a 5-star luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or international resort.
- Strong knowledge of basic culinary techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen organization.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
