Roles & Responsibilities


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Continental Section in a 5-Star Hotel / Fine Dining / Casual Dining Restaurant.
  • Skilled in Pizza Section preparation and handling.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, with a focus on pizza section.
  • Ensure food preparation and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily operations and menu planning.
  • Follow portion control, recipe, and quality guidelines.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver smooth kitchen operations.
