Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Continental Section in a 5-Star Hotel / Fine Dining / Casual Dining Restaurant.
- Skilled in Pizza Section preparation and handling.
- Good English communication skills.
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, with a focus on pizza section.
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Assist senior chefs in daily operations and menu planning.
- Follow portion control, recipe, and quality guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to deliver smooth kitchen operations.
