Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bakery and pastry items as per recipes.
  • Assist CDP & DCDP in pastry kitchen operations.
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain hygiene and follow food safety rules.
  • Handle ingredient storage and rotation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • 2 3 years of bakery & pastry experience in hotels/restaurants.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Male & Female candidates can apply.
