  • Experienced in high-growth, transformation, or scale-up environments
  • Background in education not required; sectors such as technology, retail, healthcare, or frontline operations valued
  • Arabic advantageous but not essential
  • Pragmatic, agile, and team player, comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels
